Splitz studio offers a great selection of adult dance and fitness classes for all ages and abilities. Even if you are a complete beginner or experienced there will be a class for you, ranging from; Ballet, ChiChi Fit, aerobics, Pilates, Postnatal Pilates, Yoga and personal training.

Learn tap technique and step sequences to a range of different music styles from popular musicals, films and the charts.  Our adult tap lessons are a great, fun way to stay fit and active.  Perfect for those with basic tap knowledge or those with more experience.

Our Adult ballet class is great for beginners, those who have danced as a child or for those who would like additional ballet classes to secure technique and develop more strength and stamina. This class will follow the RAD technique structure, with a relaxed and fun feel to the class.

Adult ballet is a great workout for the whole body. Ballet is a weight-bearing form of exercise which strengthens muscles, promotes healthy bones and burns calories. Because ballet uses the full range of muscles, it’s also great for cognitive functions such as coordination and concentration. 

We all know that ballet is great for posture and balance, but did you know that adult ballet can also reduce the symptoms of depression, arthritis and diabetes? And there’s more, ballet has also been shown to fend off dementia and osteoporosis.

Kangoo Jumps Classes

Join Tina our qualified Kangoo Jumps Instructor for her fun and high energy HITT classes using Kangoo Jumps Rebound Boots.

This aerobic exercise is gentle on joints while effectively burning calories and toning muscles. It also helps improve your cardio-respiratory fitness.

Booking is required to reserve a pair of boots.

Yoga & Pilates

Strengthen and tone your whole body and mind whilst improving your flexibility, posture and balance. Pilates can be enjoyed by everyone regardless of age or ability and its the ideal exercise during and after pregnancy.

The Pilates method provides an all over body workout incorporating the six unique principles; Alignment, Centre (core), Breathing, Focus, Control and Flow. Using precise and controlled movements the method works towards restoring physical and mental balance. With regular practice Pilates can improve posture, reduce muscle tension and daily stresses placed on the spine and joints.


Yoga means to unite, bring together, to connect by means of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. 


Kerry's Yoga classes will take you through a series of poses, or Asana, which are often modified to encourage students to find the perfect balance of being strong, steady, and stable whilst remaining comfortable, happy, and relaxed within each physical pose.


Bring a blanket or some extra layers for relaxation at the end!
